  College Infrastructure

Collage premises

The Campus of Centre is spread over approximately hundred sq. mtr. The College is housed in an elegant three storied building with lecture halls and experiment laboratory and allied ancillary facilities like projection room, libraries, student group discussion room etc.

Complex and workshop

A separate Exhibition Room is provide on the ground floor with live models of various fire fighting equipment, fixed installations like Hydrant systems, Co2Total Flooding, CNG Gas control room related Fire Protection Systems, Mechanical ventilation systems are available.

  Equipment Lab / Workshop

• A properly designed ground pump to facilitate lifting of water by fire pump has been provided.
• A rescue Drill cum Hose Drying Tower with underground tunnel facility simulating Metro Railway track, smoke chamber for BA set wearier training, is existing.
• Fleet of mobile fire appliances like Water Tender, Multipurpose Fire Engine etc. are maintained for teaching purpose.
• Communication systems with P & T telephones, Wireless set simulating function of control room, is included as infrastructure.
• Various cut models, life size are used as teaching aids to explain design parameter of fire protection systems and equipment’s.
• Fully equipped M.I. room with full scale paramedical equipment are carted for first aid class.
• Open field is used to practice appliance drill, Physical training and live fire demonstration.

  Computer Center/Library

Library

Institute has a comfortable reading facility and enlarged collection of books, reference books, magazines, Indian standards of fire codes for fire and engineering. Beyond these collections, institute has been provided with the audio and video library along with respective player like tape and television. All the latest codes and standards are provided to impart a proficient knowledge to the trainees.

Computer Lab

A well-furnished lab to make aware the Trainees about computers, internet technology and industrial software like AutoCAD, computer center has 20 personal computers in LAN connection with a server is provided within the institute premises.
